This includes software developers, Games designer and developer. Students can engage with FIT which is an IT led initiative that offers students the opportunity to acquire essential skills to gain employment in the thriving IT sector. QQI graduates are eligible to apply to universities and technological universities for Level 7 and Level 8 degree places in the following; TUD, Maynooth University, Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone, NUIG, Marino Institute of Education, American College, DBC and Dun Laoghaire IADT. Graduates of this course can also apply for places reserved on First Arts in Maynooth for QQI entrants and select computer options. There are over 175 places available reserved for QQI entrants.
