Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation and promotes healing. Learn how to effectively work with subtle and universal energy to naturally heal, rebalance and feel good. You will explore what healing is and learn about the Chakra System. Reiki can be learnt by anyone – no previous experience is required.
