Professional Diploma in Project Management

This Programme builds on the work of the Certificate in Project Management. While the Certificate could be seen as project focused the Diploma could be said to be more project environment focused i.e. concerning those critical project interfaces with the rest of the organisation. It covers additional critical skill areas including project assessment, procurement, resource, risk & quality management & the management of multiple projects. It also addresses methodologies, frameworks & technologies designed to support project managers.
