Exercise class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This class is not recommended for pregnant women. This class is for people with some experience in Pilates. Students should bring their own mat. Pilates is a mind-body exercise that develops core stability, strength, and flexibility, and pays attention to muscle control, posture, and breathing.
This Pilates class is for those with experience of Pilates or for Beginners who have a very good level of fitness.
Students should bring their own mat.
