PILATES CLASS FOR MEN
Course Description:
Are you sick and tired of feeling creaky and stiff? More than ever before, finding enjoyable ways to promote your physical and mental well-being is of utmost importance! Join this Classical Pilates Mat class to breathe, move and get stronger and more mobile! Pilates is a great way to correct poor postures, restore physical vitality and it also helps to rehab and/or prevent injuries. When practiced regularly, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. When moving from the support of your powerhouse (center), you can shed excess effort from overworking muscles. By bringing smaller, usually closer to the spine and other joints, muscles online, you will improve balance in the body. This will allow you to move freely and without strain or pain and therefore:
- Make you stronger and painfree
- Help you gain mobility
- Teach you to work in a healthier, more sustainable manner
- Help you enjoy other activities in life with more vigor
