The Special Purpose Award, aims to cover the technical knowledge syllabi for the EASA Light Aircraft Pilot Licence (LAPL A) and caters for those wishing to sit the IAA theoretical examinations. It will give prospective commercial pilots the opportunity to see what is involved before committing to full time studies and flight training. The programme may also be of interest to those wishing to take an introductory module in aviation.
