Irish for Beginners course
People’s College for Continuing Education and Training
This course is suitable only for those who have never done Irish before. The term runs for 12 weeks and each class is 90 minutes long.
By the end of the course students will be able to hold a basic conversation. You may wish to resurrect the cupla focal that you may have from your school days.
You will also learn some Irish songs, poetry and seanfhocail. The aim is to learn, in an enjoyable way, the rudiments of the Irish language and culture.
