Ease Into Yoga (ALL LEVELS)

Sharon’s beginner yoga class with mindfulness combines foundational yoga poses with mindful awareness, creating a holistic experience for newcomers. The class focuses on basic postures, alignment, and breathing techniques, making it accessible and safe for beginners. Throughout the session, Sharon emphasises mindfulness, guiding participants to stay present, tune into their breath, and become aware of sensations in their bodies. This approach helps build physical awareness and mental clarity, reducing stress and fostering relaxation. By the end, students leave with a sense of calm, grounding, and an introduction to the mind-body connection in yoga.
