Drawing and Watercolour

The class is suitable for people who –

• Have never drawn before and have an interest in learning.
• Wish to rekindle skills they feel they have forgotten or learn.
• Gain an insight into watercolour.

Classes will involve and introduction to the use of pencil, learning about tone, composition, and light.

From sketching we will turn to watercolour. Technique explained at a simple level to give an insight not how different it is from oil painting.

First night requirements – 2B pencil and cartridge paper. Other materials will be discussed on the first night of class.
