The Diploma in Liabilities and Equity – Level 5 (USA Standards) is designed to teach you about current liabilities and contingencies and discuss bonds and long-term debts. The course will focus on the concept of current liabilities. You will learn to classify current liabilities and identify the criteria for recognising and disclosing contingencies. The course will introduce learners to the concept of debt. You will learn about bonds including bonds sold at a discount, bonds sold at a premium and bonds sold with issuance cost.
