It also addresses methodologies, frameworks and technologies designed to support the project manager. Students will learn from experienced tutors, and from each other, how to manage their projects effectively and to meet the expectations of their stakeholders. It will be particularly relevant for those who are: new to project management; members of project teams; interested in learning practical tools and techniques to help them manage projects more effectively. It is a distance learning programme that is supported by attendance at 6 x 1 day workshops over one academic year.
