Cake Decorating and Sugarcraft
Pobalscoil Neasáin
Sugar Craft is the art of using icing, sugar and other edible decorations to create a cake that looks and tastes delicious.
This beginners course will help you to develop skills and confidence in basic cake decorating techniques. You will learn how to make and use icings, coat cakes, pipe basic shapes and use cutters and embossers for novelty designs as well as how to pipe decorative details such as dots, lines, pearls, hearts etc. By the end of the course you will be able to cover a cake with sugar paste and use simple decorative techniques.
