Beginner Strength & Conditioning Class – (All Fitness Levels)

You’ve seen the videos, read the articles but just never knew the technique or equipment needed to transform your body. Using your own bodyweight, weights & our wide range of cardio equipment, condition your body to your desired level while also adding strength, balance and stability to your entire body.
Choose 30 class times out of a total of 140 classes (within the 10 weeks)
Timetable: Monday Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9.15am, 6.00pm, 7.00pm, Thursday 9.15am, 6.00pm,
