| Entry Requirements | -Dorset College welcomes applications from Leaving Certificate, International, A Level, Mature learners and learners who hold QQI Level 5 Awards. QQI holders may be eligible for entry onto specific related programmes at Dorset College. -Under the new Common Points Scale for Leaving Certificate 2017 applicants must obtain a minimum of 5O6/H7, including a language and a minimum of O6/H7 in Maths OR -Applicants must hold a QQI level 5 Major Award in Information Technology OR Applicants who are second language speakers of English must achieve an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent and hold the International Equivalent to Leaving Certificate. -For mature learners (i.e. age 23 and older), applications will be individually assessed in order to determine suitability through Dorset College’s ‘Recognition of Prior Learning’ policy |
