– ACSM Certified Personal Training Preparation Course
– ITEC RQF3 (EQF4) Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity
– ITEC RQF2 (EQF3) Award in Strength & Conditioning
The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) is considered to be one of the most recognised qualifications in the Fitness Industry. The ITEC Diploma in Personal Training and Certificate in Nutrition are graded Level 4 on the European Framework of Qualifications and are held in confidence. They are an internationally recognised qualification.
We are now also incorporating the ITEC RQF Level 2 (EQF Level 3) Award in Strength & Conditioning qualification along side this course to develop Personal Trainers even further and maximise potential when working with sports specific athletes/clients.
