Experienced facilitators will guide you through each of the Five Ways to Wellbeing and provide practical tips for integrating them into your daily routine. This 45-minute session will be held live every day throughout October, including weekends and bank holidays.
The Five Ways to Wellbeing are simple, evidence-based actions that can help boost your mental health and overall wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give.
