Stage Screen Classes provide innovative courses for adults in acting, filmmaking and musical theatre. The upcoming Screen Acting Course is now open for registration.
Ahead of the course. Stage Screen Classes have produced a new video featuring students talking about their experiences of the course and how it benefited them both personally and professionally.
The Screen Acting Course is for students who only want to study acting to camera. This is seven week once weekly course. Students will be taken through script breakdown, characterisation and screen acting techniques carefully designed to enhance believability in a performance. Other topics include self-taping, auditioning and advice on getting started in the industry.
During the course all students will get a chance to rehearse and have a showreel scene filmed by working industry professionals. The course is limited to small numbers to ensure enough one to one training and development.
Tutors include film director Conor Armstrong Sanfey (LIFT) and actor Fiach Kunz (Black 47/Game of Thrones).
