This comprehensive conference is taking place for the full day next Saturday (28th September) on Maynooth’s campus. Remembering 1919 – War, Politics & Sport Conference
This conference marks the centenary of three major events in Irish history – the start of the War of Independence, the formation of Dáil Éireann and Kildare’s victory over Galway in the All-Ireland Football Final.
