Registration is now open for a workshop on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). This workshop will be run by Josephine Finn from Maynooth University and is funded under the European Agenda for Adult Learning (EAAL).

Details of the event are as follows:

  • Date: Wednesday, 18th December 2019
  • Time: 9.30am – 2.00pm
  • Venue: Cork City Partnership, 1st Floor, Heron House, Blackpool Retail Park, Blackpool, Cork

Josephine has considerable expertise in the area of RPL and extensive experience of working closely with the community and voluntary sector. During this session, she will focus on what RPL means for community education providers and how recognising and validating prior learning and life experience can be incorporated into community education practice.
