The programme consists of four full teaching days, plus a half day tutorial. Learners have eight months to complete their practice work, and should be working/volunteering in a supportive capacity upon application. Learners will engage in both theoretical and practical training in CBT (considering both Ellis and Beck). The programme is highly interactive, and utilises a variety of teaching and learning methods.
