In this first episode of The Learning Journey podcast, host Joseph Murray talks to life coach and former Galway senior hurler Tony Óg Regan on career choices and changes.

An experienced performance and wellbeing coach, Tony Óg has a Masters in Sports Psychology and is an accredited executive coach. He has spent over 15 years assisting sports and corporate teams to maximise their performance.

He is joined later in the podcast by panellists Bridie Killoran, Manager of Atlantic Technological University’s MyCareerPath online guidance service, and Mark Willis, Career and Learning Pathways Advisor at ATU.
