A Return to Irish in association with Conradh na Gaeilge
This ‘Return to Irish’ course will suit people who have a small amount of Irish, usually from school and who are looking for a basic course to relearn and reinforce their Irish.

Easy Healthy Cooking for Families
This course is a relaxed, fun and practical cookery course where you will be show you how to shop and cook quick, easy and nutritious meals for all the family.
This class is especially beneficial for people who sit a lot but not entirely, it is for everyone who feels they need to breathe better, stretch better and be a better version of themselves.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are gentle but powerful movements. These exercises can help people improve their health and well-being. The class is open to people of all ages and physical ability.
