Are you interested in becoming a Chef? Or developing your career as a Chef? Join the Irish Hotels Federation’s National Culinary Apprenticeships Virtual Open Day to find out about the chef apprenticeship programmes.

The National Culinary Apprenticeships Virtual Open Day takes place Tuesday, 15th September from 2 pm – 3.30 pm

This event, organised by key stakeholders in the Tourism and Education sectors, will showcase the three levels of chef apprenticeships currently being delivered around the country: Commis Chef Apprenticeship, Chef de Partie Apprenticeship, and Sous Chef Apprenticeship.

Attendees will hear from existing apprentices, graduate apprentices, their Head Chefs, Mentors and college tutors live from their kitchens and colleges.

Founded in 1937, the Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) is the national organisation of the hotel and guesthouse industry in Ireland. The primary functions of the Federation are to promote and defend the interests of its members. The IHF represents almost 1,000 hotels and guesthouses nationwide, employing over 60,000 people and is a key stakeholder in the Irish tourism sector.
