ICT Education conference 2021 will take place online on Saturday 15th May from 9.30am to 3:30pm.
The ICT in Education conference has been running since 2004 and is held on the Thurles campus of Limerick Institute of Technology in May of each year.
This year’s event is a day-long virtual conference on May 15, 2021.

The conference provides an opportunity for educators across all levels to connect and share. It has grown in popularity over the years and now attracts attendees from primary, secondary and third level as well as adult and community education. The conference is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in integrating technology into their teaching and learning to meet with others to learn and to share.
The 2021 planning committee meet inside weekly Teams Meetings, bringing together ideas that connect education theory and street-wise practise.
Meet other educators and share ideas about your emergency remote teaching experience. A dynamic programme features clever ideas in break-out rooms from teachers who will share their ideas. As in past ICTEDU conferences, the day starts promptly with a keynote address and then moves briskly through sessions you’re welcome to join. And just like the Thurles events, there is a space reserved to meet and chat with friends but you have to bring your own coffee this year!
