City Colleges are running a Diploma in Graphic Design course. Starting on April 27th, the course runs for 11 weeks, 1 evening per week from 6.30 to 9.30pm.
City Colleges’ Graphic Design Diploma Course will discuss what are the key principles of design, in particular: Typography, Colour, Photography and Layout. The coursee will explore the optimum page layout, best document design presentation and marketing design to include integration into social media as well as print.

You will discover the most important steps on building a successful brand. You will become familiar with the software used and how to implement and execute the results within your industry through Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign. The course will use Adobe software throughout to create illustrations, poster design, logos for use in both digital and print.
This course has been created with business owners and business managers in mind but could equally serve a valid purpose for anyone thinking of pursuing a career in graphic design.
