Learning Process-based Behaviour Therapy (PBBT®): The Live Therapy Training Series
Perspectives Ireland
Course Contents
These training videos contain 5 sessions of Process-Based Behaviour Therapy (PBBT®) conducted with a live client who explored personal issues with Yvonne (the therapist). The videos have been used as part of PBBT training worldwide.
About PBBT®
PBBT is a cutting-edge form of psychotherapy that can be used with the full range of psychological problems. The therapy is entirely based on cutting-edge behavioural science. PBBT has been developed over a period of ten years by Dr. Yvonne Barnes-Holmes and Dr. Ciara McEnteggart based on thirty years of their combined experience as researchers and clinicians.
PBBT provides a comprehensive understanding of how a sense of self can be compromised by psychological processes and offers clear guidance on how these processes can be re-directed and repaired toward growth and well-being. The therapy has been used with clients and groups across the full spectrum of psychological difficulties and has also been employed in organizational and professional contexts.
