The deadline for Open Training College: BA in Social Care applications is Sept. 1st, 2021 in time for Applicants Day on Sept. 7th.
Applicants Day for Social Care applicants:
An Information/Informal Interviews day will be held on September 7th to provide an opportunity for those who have applied to further discuss their choice of course with the OTC team. It includes an information session and informal interviews for applicants of the BA in Social Care and will take place by Zoom meeting. No need for anyone to have to travel for this event.

Open Training College (OTC) Open Day event:
There will be a Social Care Open Day Event for those who wish to find out more before submitting their application. This will be held on Tuesday, August 31st, 2021, 5pm – 7pm.
At this virtual event, you will:
- be informed about the role of the Social Care Worker
- learn about the Social Care Worker regulator, CORU
- learn how to gain a qualification as a Social Care Worker
- learn about the OTC’s Supported Open Learning (SOL) model of study
- engage with your presenters and pose questions about the area
