The Digital Skills Academy have launched their International BSc Honours Degree in Digital Design, Technology and Innovation. The programme is now open to participants around the world and is designed to give them a diverse and integrated digital skill set.
The programme is part-time, online and begins on October 15th 2015. It is the first of its kind, offering participants the chance to work in international teams on real world projects through virtual platforms. With a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary teaching, participants acquire a comprehensive understanding of modern digital business and in-demand digital skills.
Accredited by the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), a leader in technological higher education, the programme enables participants to take on roles in web, mobile-game development, digital product management, digital marketing or even as digital entrepreneurs from the moment they graduate.
A core focus of the Digital Skills Academy is in bridging the digital skills around the world. Businesses need graduates that can adapt to the ever changing digital market place and the International Degree in Digital Design, Technology and Innovation gives participants that adaptability.

The Digital Skills Academy expects the first year’s participants to come from the course’s lead cities, Guadalajara in Mexico, Mexico City, Cape Town and Johannesburg in South Africa as well as Dublin and towns across Ireland.
Participants enrolling early can avail of programme fee bonuses. There are also fee reductions on a limited number of places for participants living in or near the programme’s lead cities. These include Dublin, Edinburgh, Guadalajara, Mexico City, Cape Town, Johannesburg, New York and San Francisco.
